1. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days in case of online orders. To cancel order call us or write us at email@example.com
2. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. These are personal care products, applied directly on skin therefore we won’t be able to take back what belongs to you!
But there can be exceptions such as unfortunately you’ve received a wrong product. For this, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply visit the contact page.
3. How do I place a replacement request?
Returns are only in case when the product is damaged in transit or a wrong product has been delivered within 7 days of delivery.
Please return the items to us via your preferred shipping method. Uttejana is not responsible for lost returns, and we recommend choosing a tracked method of shipping for your return. When the order is received we will resend the correct product or refund the amount as a bank transfer within 7 Business Days.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return.
